Before i kick off with posts from my May trip to Bangkok and China, i thought i would publish some photos from my last trip there.
It was an emotional, thrilling and eye-opening experience and i learnt more than i could ever have imagined by going there and experiencing the food, people and culture first hand.
I ate more than i ever thought possible in the two weeks that i was there and saw some amazing sights!
I saw where our Blue Dragon fish sauce was made on the coast of Thailand and came across this delightful demonstration of what the layers of salt and fish look like when they are maturing to become the rich and golden liquid we know as fish sauce.
We also got see behind the scenes of a coconut milk factory and curry paste manufacturers which was fascinating - the quality control was excellent!
